At Valerie Hill Consulting, we take a holistic approach to consulting. We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and challenges, and develop solutions that address their specific needs. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven.
About Valerie Hill
Valerie has over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience having served as the CEO of two Pittsburgh organizations over the last 7 years. Much of her experience is in nonprofit crisis management and organizational restructuring. She holds an MS in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University and a BS in Political Science from PennWest.
Valerie worked her way through the nonprofit hierarchy being hired as a Specialist in 2008 and ultimately obtaining her first CEO role in 2018. She has expertise in financial management and forecasting, fundraising, organizational operations, board management, and more.
